This 57 × 46 cm compress is designed to cover the neck, shoulders, trapezius muscles, and part of the upper back. Its wraparound shape allows it to be used hot or cold, at home, in the office, or after physical activity.
It contains absorbent polymer resin distributed across several cells and has a pongee polyester cover. After hydration, the compress remains flexible so it can better conform to the area where it is placed.
Before first use, immerse the compress in water for approximately 8 minutes, then wipe its surface. For cold use, place it in the freezer for 2 to 4 hours. For hot use, follow the manual's instructions before heating it in the microwave. When the compress gradually loses its water, it can be rehydrated by immersion for 30 minutes or more.
The compress is shipped dry to reduce its weight during transport. It must be hydrated before first use.
